Too Little Too Late?
Well, Edwards has scored the endorsements of both major Wisconsin newspapers. Just in case anyone is still paying attention.

It just occurred to me that this is the most compressed primary season ever, and so historical analogies are not so relevant... I mean, obviously it's probable that Kerry will be the nominee, but it's not as probable as it would have been at this stage in the game in 2000. Hopefully the media is not too stupid to make that clear.
Incidentally, thought you might be interested to know. Went to an Edwards rally here in LA, managed to get a front row seat and exchange a few words with him. It's true what they say, about the inimitable Edwards on the stump. He was really pressed for time and yet managed to convey the impression that it was really important to him to connect with every person in the room. Whether or not he wins this year, it's an incredible show and we'll certainly see more Edwards soon either way.

chris,
i am new to this, but i really believe that dr. dean will endorse edwards tomorrow a.m. and surrender his delegates to make the race more competitive. i live in ga. and will be voting for edwards on mar. 2. dr. dean is not stupid, he hates kerry and will do anything to make sure he does not get the nomination. after watching kerry's speech last night i am convinced that he can not go the distance against bush. he has too much baggage and flip-flops. whereas edwards will mop the floor with bush. does this make any sense?
